About Workplace Health Solutions 

Workplace Health Solutions was founded by Emma Higgins. Emma graduated in 2017 from Trinity College Dublin with a BSc. in Occupational Therapy. Emma has continued her education with various mental health trainings such as Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), REAL U and Motivational interview training, as well a Leadership and Management Course in University of British Columbia, Canada.

Emma is a CORU registered Senior Occupational Therapist and has over 8 years' experience across Ireland, the UK and Canada, specializing in occupational health, mental health and return-to-work services.

Emma has worked within large organizational settings managing employee rehabilitation, medical accommodation planning, return-to-work programming and implementing service wide psychological health and wellness initiatives.

Emma's approach is practical, collaborative and focused on achieving safe, sustainable outcomes for both employees and employers.

Based in the Dublin region, Emma is available for online and in person assessments and interventions nationwide.
